Monday Morning Munch No. 36 – Behold Our God

Today is an exciting day.

The staff of Real Truth Matters is headed to Eastern Europe to launch the Romania Missionary Fellowship, a voluntary partnership of churches to fulfill the great commission, and I could not be more humbled or excited about being a part of God’s work among the nations.

We are going with several different purposes (to equip the pastors to disciple others, to hold evangelistic meetings, to pour into the family of Florin Vasiliu, etc.) but with one ultimate purpose–to glorify Jesus Christ.

I want these sweet people whom I’ve never met to have their hearts lifted to a greater understanding and exaltation of Jesus and His sacrificial and substitutionary death on the cross.

I want them to be filled with all the fulness of God.

I want them to have eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts to perceive Jesus and all He has done.

I want the eyes of their heart to be enlightened.

I want them to catch the vision of discipleship and how God can use them.

But above all else I want them to behold our God.
