Redemption. Reconciliation. Real life.
A great movie has all three components and King’s Faith is no exception. This movie, in selected theaters April 26, is beautifully inspiring and packs a story that can change lives.
Filled with life-giving truth and hope for the hardest of hearts, King’s Faith was a breath of fresh air in a time where Christian movies are made with good intentions but executed with cheesy story lines and less than desirable acting.

The film is not yet rated but I’m guessing it will be a PG-13 rating due to some violence and drug references. After watching a private screening of the film, I would take my True Beauty girls to see it (and probably will) and they are middle and high school age with one very mature 10 year old. I believe this movie, if God so graciously allows, can impact their souls.
Though aimed at teenagers, this movie can minister to everyone for no other reason than because the Gospel is for everyone.
Written, produced and directed by Nicholas Dibella in Rochester, NY., King’s Faith contains solid examples of discipleship, the consequences of sin, rewards for honesty, integrity and character, and the cost of following Jesus. It also profoundly displays God’s power in changing a life but the battle that remains between the old life of flesh versus new life in Christ.
This movie preaches that the shame of the past does not have to define, entrap or enslave you because it was for freedom Christ has set you free. Through Jesus’ atoning work on the cross and triumph over sin and the grave, you can be made righteous and released from the captivity of the Enemy and equipped to fight the spiritual forces of evil that are rampant in this world.
